Laura uses the concepts and the science of movement through Pilates, Strength Training and Mobility Training to help clients breathe more efficiently, lower pain levels, move more symmetrically and feel grounded in their bodies.

When I first found Pilates (or maybe it found me) I was a office manager behind the desk at a small boutique studio in Midtown Manhattan. I had never been physical. By the time I was in my twenties, I was a mess and had terrible habits. One day, the owner says “get in one of the classes and try it.” And as they say, the rest is history.

This was the first time I had really challenged myself physically. It was the first time I had ever been required to SLOW DOWN and FEEL my body.

I was hooked!

Little did I know this was just the beginning.

10+ years later, this feeling of stretching myself past my comfort zone in my body is not just a personal lifelong goal, but it is what I am dedicated to with each person that I work with. Hundreds of clients later and I am still on a quest to make fitness and longevity accessible, fun, and impactful for every body I work with.
